Welcome to VELO ("the App"), a mobile application provided by AppsyStudios OÜ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VELO application and related services.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

• Payment processing via Tap to Pay on iPhone

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App and its services.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

VELO offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of available plans are provided within the App.

5.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store payment system.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies. Please contact Apple directly for refund requests.

6. Tap to Pay Services

The App integrates with Apple's Tap to Pay on iPhone service for payment processing. By using this feature:

• You agree to comply with Apple's Tap to Pay terms and conditions
• You acknowledge that payment processing is subject to additional fees
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable payment regulations
• Transaction data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

7. User Content and Data

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including quotes, invoices, and customer information. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content to provide our services.

7.2 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all business information, including pricing, tax calculations, and legal disclaimers in your documents.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Use the App to send spam or fraudulent communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AppsyStudios OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPSYSTUDIOS OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppsyStudios OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
